Biochemistry will include a discussion of basic chemistry, the water molecule and its unique properties, pH, carbon and its versatility, biological macromolecules, chemical reactions, and enzymes. January 26-30, February 2-13 (FIVE SNOW DAYS! HOLY CROW!)
